Given the unprecedented challenge we’re all facing as a result of coronavirus (COVID-19) we wanted to update you on what Sentinel is doing to respond. We know the measures being put in place to contain the virus could be impacting your business and that, as a result, you may need to restrict opening etc. communicate differently or work remotely.
Here is an update on what Sentinel is doing to keep your business as safe as we possibly can
Prioritizing keeping you connected
Our engineers are working 24/7 to respond in the event of a problem we don’t foresee any disruption to our out of hours service. We obviously have to observe government guidelines and would ask for help in this respect if we have to attend your property i.e. home or office.
If you need us to advise on you current security arrangements please contact us in the normal way, e.mail/telephone
A number of our systems have the benefit of remote access and those without may wish to consider this
We have robust business continuity plans within Sentinel to manage scenarios like this and are working hard to minimize any disruption. We are committed to maintaining all our business services but recognize that the situation is clearly very fluid and that many of our suppliers will be affected to various degrees too. We’ll keep you informed if this is likely to affect the services you receive from us in any way.
The security of your, potentially, vacant property is a major concern for us. We will endeavor to ensure your buildings safety and integrity during these unprecedented times. We have a range of wireless equipment that could be deployed quickly and with the minimum of contact with you and your staff during the installation.
To stay updated on everything we’re doing to help you adapt to the current situation, we will keep our website updated.
